More Than a Program
COMPASS is Bold Believers United's signature leadership experience for young adults.
Participants selected for the COMPASS Leadership Fellowship receive additional leadership experiences, personalized mentoring, and opportunities to serve, grow, and give back.

It is about helping others reach theirs too.
