Program Components
Strengthen your Christian faith through biblical teaching, prayer, discussion and real-time revelation that empowers you to believe in and trust God in deeper ways across every area of your life.
Sharpen your character to be one of consistency, high morals, integrity and Christ-likeness both privately and publicly.
Lean into true self-love and care - spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically and relationally that positively impacts how you love and care for others.
Expand your relationships with amazing Christian women from diverse industries, who are serious about their faith and calling, while understanding that we were never meant to go on this journey alone. You are welcome here, Sis.
Advance in your career and/or start your business or ministry confidently through sharpening your skills, expanding your network through our community and guest speakers who are industry leaders while refining your vision of who you are, what you want, what God has gifted you to do, and how you are going to achieve it.
COMPASS Mentorship Program will take place ONLINE
October 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026
COMPASS cohort will kick off with an in person orientation in Dallas TX.
Program will also include a 2-day in person leadership retreat, quarterly in-person meetings and a graduation ceremony.

April Bowman
April Bowman, M.S. is a Transformation Coach, Professional Mentor, Licensed Christian Minister, Award-Winning Business and Ministry Leader with a Master's Degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and Bachelor's in Sociology from the University of Washington.
April was the first in her family to graduate from college. She is uniquely positioned to guide you on your journey of navigating higher education, staying grounded in your faith while growing deeper roots, surrendering to your calling, cultivating a godly character and community, enhancing how you care for yourself and others, as well as determining your career or entrepreneurial pathways that align with purpose.
April is a college and career expert who has supported the development of hundreds of people since 2006.
